I was giving a keynote speech this past weekend, and a gentleman from the back of the room (last row) shared some very powerful insights with the group. And I realized that even in a very large and didactic learning environment, there was knowledge coming through from the back of the room as well as the front.
And than I came across this quote that summed it up for me-
“In some corner of your life, you know more about something than anyone else on earth. The true measure of your education is not what you know, but how you share what you know with others.”
-Kent Nerburn, Artist and writer
I encourage all of us to look for ways to share what we know with others, whether we are the designated facilitator or the one in the back of the room.
Love and Great Joy,
Karen
