BIO
Chris Christiansson is the Vivamea’s Program Director, the founder of the “Mastering Personal Dynamics” programme and a lecturer of interntional standing. He has worked for 20 years with executive health coaching and corporate work-life-health balance programs. Chris is highly praised for his energy-improvement and stress-tolerance coaching methods for multinational executives. He is writing a book “The road map to Self-Coaching” and regularly presents keynote presentations, conferences and full-day customised serminar and training programs.
