ICA has introduced a new support ticketing system for the ICA community. Students will now be able to browse through a categorized knowledge base (list of FAQ’s) or create (and then track) a ticket for the support team.
A button has been added to all pages of the learnsite directing students to the new support page. It is STUDENT SUPPORT http://ica.helpserve.com/index.phpSo, if you have any questions regarding your studies, graduation, training, account etc, please contact our support team via http://ica.helpserve.com/index.php (instead of sending tickets to support@icoachacademy.com). All tickets will be responded to within 48 hours.
As a result of this change, the email address support@icoachacademy.com will no longer be used for student support. We will continue to monitor this email address for the next couple of months and will redirect students to http://ica.helpserve.com/index.php
