New Bridge lines for Power Tools and Business Building Coach

As of the 23rd October 2006 we will be trialling a new bridge line in the Business Building and Power Tools classes. Each class will have its own pin code.

POWER TOOLS COACH PIN: 383236

Phone cards and regular phone lines continue to be the best way to connect to the Bridge lines. However, the change of Bridge is a result of wanting to create an environment that is also user friendly for skype callers. Unfortunately, Skype is still not 100% compatible with Bridge line functionality, and we anticipate there will occasionally be hiccups. However, we believe that this new bridge will provide a higher quality line and reduce the possiblity of skype difficulties. Read more »
Meet us at the ICF Conference

Student Support

ICA has introduced a new support ticketing system for the ICA community.  Students will now be able to browse through a categorized knowledge base (list of FAQ’s)  or create (and then track) a ticket for the support team.

A button has been added to all pages of the learnsite directing students to the new support page.  It is STUDENT SUPPORT http://ica.helpserve.com/index.php. So, if you have any questions regarding your studies, graduation, training, account etc, please contact our support team via http://ica.helpserve.com/index.php (instead of sending tickets to support@icoachacademy.com). All tickets will be responded to within 48 hours.

As a result of this change, the email address support@icoachacademy.com will no longer be used for student support.  We will continue to monitor this email address for the next couple of months and will redirect students to http://ica.helpserve.com/index.php

Global Study on Coaching - Participation Opportunity

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has commissioned a global study on coaching. It is important that this survey is completed by as many coaches throughout the world as possible.  The survey takes only 15 minutes to complete and the deadline is October 25, 2006.

 This international, industry study is being conducted by a well-known, independent, and global company, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Every coach who participates in the study will receive a free copy of the executive summary available from PricewaterhouseCoopers in February 2007.
