Her expertise includes coaching executives, midlife career changers, new managers, and entrepreneurs. In her early career, she did recruiting and business development. Meg understands career change first hand having entered the career management field following her own transition from several years as a college financial aid administrator.

Meg delivers career-related presentations to corporate, educational, government, and community groups. Topics include: career self-management, life after layoff, understanding communication styles, and job search strategies.

Her credentials include Master Certified Career Coach, Career Management Fellow, Certified Professional Resume Writer, and Certified TeleLeader. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri. Her professional affiliations include coaching and careers industry associations plus the American Marketing Association and The Central Exchange of Kansas City.

Ronnie Noize, Business Community of Practice Leader
Since 1996, Ronnie has worked with hundreds of small business owners (and three large businesses) to help them identify, acquire and retain their best clients. She was able to do this because the one thing she learned in the many years she worked for other people is that marketing is about relationships, and once you can identify who your ideal client is, then all you have to do is initiate the relationship and the rest is easy! She’s proven this philosophy over and over again in my work with clients as diverse as restaurateurs, electronic services providers, and self-employed home-based service professionals such as coaches.

Currently Ronnie serves as the 2006 president of her local coaches association. She is also a columnist for the NW Women’s Journal, and regular contributor to the Vancouver (WA) Business Journal, among other publications

Ronnie holds a BA in Communications from PSU, and is a graduate of Coach U. Her affiliations include membership in the Women Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO), as well as CoachVille, the International Association of Coaches, 24/7 Coaching, and of course, the International Coach Federation, among other illustrious and worthy organizations.

Alan Seale, Spiritual Community of Practice Leader
Alan Seale specializes in self-discovery, transformation, and realizing potential. He’s spent his life studying higher levels of communication and connection through fields ranging from music to world religions, intuitive development to evolutionary consciousness and the quantum field.

His childhood among wise elders, and his rich career path as international performer and teacher, interfaith minister, award-winning author, spiritual development and life coach, and consciousness consultant, have laid a powerful foundation for his own ability to realize and live his soul mission:

Alan liberates and empowers. The great reward in this journey is that now Alan helps others discover and live their soul’s mission, develop their intuitive knowledge for success, and become dynamic and effective leaders in both their personal and professional lives.
