As of Monday, 26th March 2007, ICA will be introducing an emergency bridge line as a back up alternative should students experience difficulty with the published bridge lines, or find they are unable to access a call as there is not a moderator present.

Unlike our new Bridge lines, this bridge line does not require a moderator. You should use this bridge line if
* Trainer does not present for class: If the moderator (trainer) does not arrive for your class within 10 minutes of the published start time, please hang up and dial into the above emergency bridge line. The emergency Bridge line does not require a moderator so students will be able to connect with each other. It is highly unlikely that this will occur, but if it does, then a nominated member of the group should email support@ica.helpserve.com and karen@icoachacademy.com and alert us to the situation. Students are most welcome to stay on this bridge line for the duration of the hour and discuss the topic. Those that do, can include this as a completed module for their attendance requirements. Students also have the option to attend this module on another date.
* Bad Quality line
Unfortunately, even the best bridge lines will occasionally be affected by echos or background noise/disturbance. Generally, it can be pinpointed to one or two callers and if they hang up and dial back in, it can be resolved. However, sometimes it is neccesary for all callers to hang up and dial back in. This being the case, we would recommend the teleclass move over to the Emergency Bridge line and test it as an alternative
