Over the last couple of weeks we have had some changes to the structure of our management team and also our administration team. The restructuring has occurred for a couple of reasons
- We need to be set up to grow ICA to the next level (we have big plans)
- Staff have demonstrated great skill and ability and as a result have been promoted and acknowledged.
So here is the exciting news.
- Sally Bridger is now Marketing Manager. In many ways Sally has been fulfilling this duty in managing customer service, sales budgets, sales campaigns and all the databases the drive our marketing activities. Well done Sally!
- Steve Pynen is now IT Manager as opposed to Project Manager. Steve is now completely responsible for all IT work at ICA and believe me there is tonnes of it. He will also be managing William Donovan and Judy Routt who support IT. Well done Steve!
- Robyn Logan is now Product Development Manager. Again Robyn has been doing this for a long time and we thought we should really formalise it. Robyn has also moved to Portugal for the next seven months with her whole family, partner and two children aged 4 & 2. She is working on gaining an understanding of the Portuguese language and culture and this will support us when we set up ICA in Brazil - a few years away yet. Well done Robyn!
- Amanda Christo is now Administration Manager. She has been working with Sally in this area and has caught on very quickly to all our systems. Well done Amanda!
- Julie Winchester is now Finance Manager. She has again been working with Sally and is ready to take on the whole of our finances. She has just employed a person to assist her - Shelly Balfe. Well done Julie!
- Dennis Griffin is growing his sales team. He now has Desiree Simon in the States, Stacey Hudson, also in the States and Lisa Branigan in Australia. Well done Dennis!
- Karen Cappello has returned to the classroom or at least the teleclasses. Karen is now taking over 6 teleclasses per week and loving it. She is also heading up the Alumni and has great plans for its growth. Well done Karen!
- Isabelle King is translating our materials into French. Well done Isabelle!
- Joanne Waldman is managing the development of an e-book. Joanne is interviewing our graduates from all around the world on the subject of “what does coaching look like in your country”. Well done Joanne!
- Merci Miglino is Assessment Co-ordinator and is responsible for marking exams, peer coaching reports, the coaching model and the blogs. She is and has done an amazing job especially as we just had 56 students graduate and are expecting around 70 to graduate in December.
- Laurene Vaughan is research paper and power tool assessor. She also is doing a great job and has marked heaps of the students work.
As you can see, we are growing and developing every day. Well done to everyone!
