ICA is committed to keeping class sizes to an optimal level and to provide a range of class times that are suited to various time zones. Therefore, we have added extra classes for AC100-Advanced 1, AC200-Advanced 2 and PT100-Power Tools, beginning Monday 24 March, 2008.
Additionally, there has been a change of trainer to the Wednesday, 6am NY ET, AC100 class. This class was previously facilitated by Angela Bird, but will now be facilitated by Linda Anderson.
Below is a list of the new classes beginning Monday, 24 March, 2008.

AC100 - Advanced 1
Monday 6am with Merci Miglino
Tuesday 7am with Bill Turpin
Wednesday 6pm with Linda Anderson (existing class previously facilitated by Angela Bird).
AC200 - Advanced 2
Tuesday 2pm with Bill Turpin
Wednesday 6am with Merci Miglino
Wednesday 6pm with Angela Bird
PT100 - Power Tools
Tuesday 3pm with Bill Turpin
