I am very excited to announce our ICA China team. Heading up the project is ICA graduate Augustine Chow. Augustine will be Director of Coach Training Services, China. In his role he will assist in bringing ICA to China. We have set a target date of 1 September, 2008 for our first teleclass. We are now working towards building a team, marketing ICA and enrolling new students. Please see his profile below.
Heading up the training team in China is ICA graduate Felicia Lauw. Felicia will be Global Training Manager, (Chinese). Felicia has been working closely with me for the past 18 months. She has been managing a team of people, to translate our curriculum into Mandarin. We have nearly completed this task and Felicia is now preparing to build our training team in China to teach teleclasses. Please see her profile below.

Augustine is a professional Executive and Business coach, who works together with executives and businesses in Pearl River Delta on transforming company dreams and missions and making them a reality. Prior to taking on his coach career, Augustine worked for 30 years in the banking and insurance industries in China and Hong Kong as a senior executive. He was Head of Customer Marketing of HSBC Hong Kong, Deputy Chief Executive of the public listed First Pacific Bank in Hong Kong, one of the very early practitioners in Financial Planner for AIA Beijing, China, and a Senior Vice President for MetLife Guangzhou, and the General Manager of Metlife, Hong Kong.
Augustine graduated from ICA as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), in December 2007. He has a passion for bringing international coaching to China, and has committed himself to the training and development of Chinese coaches in China, to cope with rapid changes in life and business, that are taking place in one of the world’s most facinating places of growth.
In his role as Director of Coach Training Services, he is a member of the core ICA China team, responsible for connecting, enthusing, engaging, and supporting clearly identified coaches-to-be in China, and all the Putonghua speaking community in Asia, to enroll in, and benefit from the ICA Chinese CPCP. Felicia is a trainer, consultant and executive coach and brings with her over 15 years of experience in helping large organizations transform and stay agile within a continuously changing business landscape. Felicia understands the success of any business change lies in the hands of individuals that are involved in the change process.
With this understanding, Felicia embarked on a journey to search for tools and techniques that help an individual embrace and succeed in change. Her journey led her to ICA where she recently graduated as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
Her role as Training Manager for ICA China is to ensure rich learning and developmental experience for the Chinese speaking students at ICA. Her 15 years of prior experience in human capital development, business process re-design and instructional design will support her in this role. As a peaceful and quiet girl with sense of responsibility, Echo can adapt to any environment and never lose hope. After having translated ICA training materials into Chinese for one year, Echo transferred to play the role as assisstant to CEO according to the ICA China project. She is responsible for assisting the CEO to ensure everything goes on well in China as it should be at any time. With the development of ICA China project, Echo herself is also learning quickly from it.
