ICA would like to extend a warm welcome to Sherry Read, Michael Moniz and Kathy Munoz, as the newest members to join our Training Team.

Sherry and Michael will be taking regular classes, whilst Kathy will be taking on the role of backup trainer, stepping in to fill in where needed.

Please join us in welcoming them, as you meet them in the corridors of ICA. Please take the time to read their profiles below and learn a little about them.

It is at this time that we would also like to farewell two members of our training team. Jim Clarkson and Lou D’Alo have been valued members of the ICA training team and leave us to pursue their coaching professions outside of ICA. Thanks Jim and Lou!!

Michael Moniz

Michael Moniz has over 10 years experience in training and 5 years in the field of coaching. Michael holds a Masters degree in the field of Communication from Rollins College. He works with many corporations and universities helping develop the next generation of leaders.

Mchael’s life coaching practice is all about living life out loud. His energetic and dynamic personality helps clients take action in their lives and make their dreams into reality. Michael is an avid blogger and writes bi-monthly articles for PlanetOut and several regional papers.

Michael truly believes that ” life is not about finding yourself; life is about creating yourself.”

 

Sherry L. Read  Strategy Human Resource Consultant and executive Coach

Sherry Read has over 20 years of industrial experience in finding solutions to business issues using skills in human resources, compensation, statistics, and process improvement. Since 2000 when she relocated in Singapore, she has focused on the human capital challenges of managing and growing businesses in Asia Pacific. With a move to Shanghai in 2005, Sherry founded Read Solutions Group - a Strategic Human Resources and Executive Coaching company. Based now in Wilmington, Delaware, she works with organizations and individuals to identify, implement, measure, and continuously improve their HR, leadership and management processes. She consults with organizations, coaches individuals, speaks to professional groups, leads workshops and writes about organizational, leadership and coaching topics.

Sherry has a BS in Statistics and Biometry from Cornell University, a MS in Statistics from Colorado State University, and a MBA from San Jose State University. She attended the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan. She is active in Wilmington Women in Business and Forum for Executive Women, and stays current with global human resources trends through her membership in the Society for Human Resources and the Human Capital Institute. Sherry is a Certified Professional Coach through International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coach Federation.

 

Kathy Munoz

Kathy’s professional background is in the legal field, where she has owned and operated a successful paralegal practice. She is a certified speaker with Toastmasters International, a Reiki master and host of the internet radio program, The Kathy Munoz Show. Kathy is a graduate of ICA’s, CPC program and credentialed coach and member of the International Coach Federation.

Kathy is a member of several professional organizations and is involved in local and global communties addressing issues relating to youth, education and world hunger.

Kathy is currently employed in the Executive offices of Ford Motor Company and has a holistic coaching practice. She is passionate and committed to the coaching philosophy at ICA and utilizes what she learned in her practice and professional affiliations to empower her clients to live their best lives. She lives her “best life” by spending quality time with her family and friends and enjoying her personal career growth.

Kathy lives in Michigan with her husband of 24 years and their two college age children.
