Hosted by: Robyn Logan
Spotlight Guests: ICA graduate coaches
When: Monday, 22nd December 2008
Time: 7pm NY EST
Cost: Free

We have invited our newly graduated coaches to come together for a lively and totally unrehearsed conversation about coaching.  Our host, Robyn Logan, will be asking and prompting them on a range of issues including:

  • Why did they decide to go down the accreditation pathway, instead of just setting themselves up as practicing coaches?
  • When did they start coaching? Before they began training? During? After?
  • How did they juggle the everyday demands of work, life, parenting, study?
  • How did they build their confidence as a coach?
  • Where will they use their coaching now they have graduated?  In private practice?  In a company setting?  In a school or health setting?
  • What is the No: 1 piece of advice they have for aspiring coaches?
