ICA Community Bulletin

We would like to invite our ICA Community to share in the celebration of our recent graduation, their friends and family along with ICA staff, by listening to our graduation ceremonies.

Join our host Nick Bosk and members of ICA’s management team as they lead the celebrations. Our graduating students were invited to participate and share this wonderful occasion with family and peers alike.

We are removing the CoP Marketing classes as of September 30, 2009 due to low attendance numbers, and to make way for new CoPs.  Please join any of the other CoPs on the calendar.

We wish Ronnie Noize the best of luck as she finishes up her classes at ICA and we thank her for all of her contributions to ICA!  Ronnie will continue with the Community Teleseminars.

We would like to invite our ICA community to share in the celebrations of our recent gradutes, their friends and family, along with ICA staff by listening to our graduation calls.  ICA Business Development Manager and Kurt Stewart, Global Development Manager are our wonderful hosts and we acknowledge Bill for such a great job in dealing with an unknown guest who caused a bit of disruption throughout the first half of graduation ceremony 2.  Well done Bill, it wasn’t easy!

These two virtual celebrations took place on 1 June, 2009 at 2pm & 8pm.  We congratulate our graduates and wish them well in their coaching futures.

We are very excited to annouce the appointment of Sally Bridger as our COO (Chief Operations Officer).  Many members of our community here at ICA would know Sally as our Marketing Manager, but may not know that Sally has been with ICA since the virtual doors opened and has extensive knowledge of many different operational areas of ICA.  Over the past 8 years Sally has been an intergral member of the management and growth of ICA, contributing at all levels.

Over the last few years Sally has pursued studying for her Masters in Marketing, and sets high standards for herself, continually achieving HD results.  Sally embraces responsibility and has an amazing ability to take a creative idea and put it into practice.  Sally is passionate about ICA/Lobii  and will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow and move forward as a community.

Earlier this week ICA celebrated the commencement of our Chinese CPCP program, with a wonderful opening ceremony.  During the ceremony our first intake of Chinese speaking CPCP students were welcomed and acknowledged in a truly amazing event, filled with great excitement and energy.   Bronwyn Bowery-Ireland, ICA CEO. shared her passionate vision for not only coach training in China, but human development globally.  What a truly exciting time to be a part of ICA as we embrace our global community once again.

Classes for our Chinese CPCP program will commence next week, with Learning Leaders, Felecia Lauw and Pin Hsuan Chen facilitating. 

Congratulations to everyone involved, who came together to organize this amazing moment at ICA!

As ICA’s wonderful global community continues to grow, we are constantly improving and adding to our representation in countries around the world.

ICA would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our global team, Pin Hsuan Chen.

Pin-Hsuan joins ICA to head up our China team, and brings with her a wealth of experience. Additionally, Pin is a graduate of ICA and currently resides in Shanghai China. Please join together with us in welcoming Pin to the ICA community.

We recently celebrated our first of four graduations for 2009, with 29 students graduating and joining our Alumni community.  These ceremonies gave students the opportunity to join together with family, friends, peers and ICA staff in celebrating their success.

With our first graduation for 2009 only days away, we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate those students who have successfully completed their program here at ICA, and are now about to graduate and join our wonderful Alumni community.  It is truly an exciting time for everyone and celebrations are just around the corner.

On March 2,  29 students will end their journey, as students here at ICA and begin a new journey as certified coaches and ICA Alumni.  Each student has worked hard to achieve their success

ICA would like to acknowledge and congratulate two current ICA staff members who have now taken on new and expanded roles within the company.

Sheri Boone, ICA Trainer, will now also take on the role of Supervised Coach Coordinator.  Congratulations Sheri on this new position that will compliment your current role of trainer and Supervised Coach facilitator.

Bill Turpin, ICA Trainer, will now take on an additional role as our Business Development Manager.  Bill will continue to take some classes, whilst others will have new facilitators, enabling him to develop this new role within ICA.

ICA would like to say farewell to one of our trainers, Paul Litwack.

Paul has been a valued member of our training team, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for his valuable contributions and to wish him well in his coaching future!

In the interim and for the following month, Kathy Munoz, will now facilitate the CoP Executive teleclasses. 

ICA would like to extend a warm welcome to Sherry Read, Michael Moniz and Kathy Munoz, as the newest members to join our Training Team.

Sherry and Michael will be taking regular classes, whilst Kathy will be taking on the role of backup trainer, stepping in to fill in where needed.

Please join us in welcoming them, as you meet them in the corridors of ICA. Please take the time to read their profiles below and learn a little about them.

It is at this time that we would also like to farewell two members of our training team. Jim Clarkson and Lou D’Alo have been valued members of the ICA training team and leave us to pursue their coaching professions outside of ICA. Thanks Jim and Lou!!

As of June 1st Merci Miglino will serve as Interim Training Manager as well as Assessment Co-ordinator and Teleclass Trainer. Merci is an alumna of ICA and has been a trainer with ICA since 2005. Merci is reaching out to staff and students to bring their perspective and feedback to our learning environment. Karen Cappello is now focusing on teaching in CPCP and supervised coaching as well as supporting students and working with Jamee and the buddies.

It’s not even spring yet and the ICA Buddies are already doing their part to make ICA beautiful in every corner of the world. In the past year, the Buddy Program has grown along with our student body and results have been wonderful for our staff, trainers and new students alike. With their can-do spirit and committed support, our Buddies welcome new students with enthusiasm, valuable information and a heartfelt sense of camaraderie.

It is with gratitude that we thank those ICA Buddies who committed their time and expertise to the Buddy Program at the very beginning and have since moved on to achieve great things. You made such a difference! Read more »

We would like to welcome Jamee Tenzer to the ICA Trainers team.  Jamee has been running the orientation calls and support for ICA for some time now.  Jamee is also an ICA graduate and she completed the ‘Train the Trainer’ course last year. 

Jamee will be taking a Foundation Class on Tuesdays at 3pm NY EDT beginning on the 14 August.  Jamee will also be completely managing support the buddy area of ICA.
